Description
"Portátil", the improv comedy show by Porta dos Fundos, returns to Portugal, with guest actress Inês Aires Pereira as an integral part of the cast for the entire tour.
"Portátil" is a creation of the Porta dos Fundos collective, directed by Bárbara Duvivier. The cast includes actors Gregório Duvivier, João Vicente de Castro and Gustavo Miranda and musician and sound designer Andrés Giraldo.
Each show starts with an interview with a guest from the audience, which gives rise to an entirely improvised play with a structured narrative.
For the members of Porta dos Fundos, the show is intended to be a place of invention, unfolding, development of the actors and complicity with the audience. Spectators will be able to witness the collective's creative process live.
In the end, the result is a show rich in approach, encompassing diverse registers, which will certainly include a lot of comedy, an area where the collective has stood out in recent years as a phenomenon of popularity with the Portuguese public.
A play that could have been rehearsed, that could really exist, but the most incredible thing is that it's all done on the spot.
