FAQ's

Tickets can be purchased at Forum Braga ticket office, online via Ticketline or Blueticket or at any other official selling point. 

General Schedule 

  • Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 5 pm. 

Schedule on event days 

  • Ticket office opens 1 hour prior to the event starts. 

Schedule in events such fairs as Agro, Salão Mobilidade, Braga Brick Fan Event, Expo Animal and others. 

  • Opening hours also may vary depending on the event being hosted.
  • Tickets can be purchased online or in the dedicated selling point at Altice Forum Braga. 
If the event has the option to purchase electronic tickets, sales will be available online towards Ticketline, Blueticket or any other platform, until the commencement of the event and subject to availability. For more information on purchasing e-tickets, please consult Ticketline or Blueticket website.

The purchase of tickets can be made by paying with cash, Debit or Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or through MBNet) and MBway. 
If discounts are applicable, the information will be available in the event pricing. Proof of discount is mandatory to be presented on the day of the event. 

Yes, all people, including children, require a valid ticket for the events in Forum Braga. Except otherwise indicated. The age classification of each event must be consulted in the Agenda or directly at the chosen point of sale. 

Yes. Tickets are on sale during office hours at Forum Braga.  Outside office hours, they are available 1 hour before the start of the event. These are subject to room availability. 

Reservations must be made by telephone and will be valid for a period of 48 hours after your request and up to 24 hours before the show. Reservations are not made via message on social networks or email.
Until ticket office closing time, please see the Schedule on ticket office tab. 
Yes. Upon presentation of the identification document of the holder who will proceed to withdraw the reservation. 

The change of date or cancellation of the event is the sole responsibility of the promoter/organizer.  The refund of tickets is carried out within the time specified after the cancellation and directly at the place that was purchased. 

Each event has its own age rating. Information shall be consulted on the Agenda page. 
Forum Braga has on its premises a restaurant and a coffee shop regularly open (see schedule in Restaurant and Cafeteria) and several bars and/or open street food points on specific occasions. 
Yes. Lost property shall be found at Forum Braga ticket office (see timetable at Ticket Office). 
There are many hotels in the vicinity, some less than 10 minutes walking distance. Visit our accommodation tab for more information. 

Forum Braga is adapted to accommodate people with disabilities. The facilities have their own mobility assistance mechanisms, such as lifts, adapted toilets and access ramps. 

The auditoriums and the pavilion have designed areas for disabled mobility. It is possible to attend the events, in total security and with a companion. 

Forum Braga operates a non-smoking policy throughout all the venue and smoking is permitted outside the venue. 

All the spaces are fully air-conditioned for your comfort.
